$1,000 per featured post. One listing, one post across Instagram and Facebook in the BallerCribs voice. If you sign an annual Featured Agent agreement within 30 days of your post going live, $750 rolls forward as credit against your subscription, covering your first five months. Your trial post pays for itself, and then some.

What's included, and what isn't

Included at every engagement: Distribution across the BallerCribs platforms in our voice and visual register. Caption writing. Carousel formatting from your photos. Reel editing from your footage using our brand template.

Not included at standard tiers: Featured Agent and Partner Agent are distribution tiers. We don't shoot, film, or produce original content at these tiers. Photography, videography, drone work, and virtual staging are out of scope. You provide approved listing assets; we format and distribute them.

Custom Partnership: Production work can be included (custom video, photography, editorial features) when defined in the engagement scope.

Buyer referrals

We send buyers your way, too.

The Partner Program puts your listings in front of luxury buyers. The other side of that relationship: when buyers reach out through BallerCribs asking about a property in your market, we route those inquiries to participating agents. Standard real estate referral fees apply, typically 25% of your closing commission, higher for highly qualified leads.

Buyer referrals are pending activation of our Texas real estate license through TREC. Partners who sign now are first in line for referrals as our market footprint expands.

FAQ

How fast can my listing go live after I sign?
Submit content by the 25th of any month and your listings run the following month. The Featured Agent tier gets one post per month; Partner Agent gets three. Custom Partnership cadence is defined per engagement.
Who writes the captions and copy?
We do. Every post goes out in the BallerCribs voice, which is the consistent register that drives our reach. You can flag corrections (price, square footage, location) before publication. Editorial framing and final copy are ours.
What if I miss the 25th submission deadline?
Submissions received after the 25th may defer to the following month at our discretion, but your slot for the current month is forfeited if we can't fit it. Slots don't roll over.
Can I switch tiers mid-term?
You can upgrade anytime, prorated against your remaining term. Downgrades happen at renewal, not mid-term.
What if my listing sells before my next slot?
Submit a different listing, feature the sold property as a closed-deal post, or have us run a market piece instead. Your slot is monthly distribution, not a specific listing commitment.
Can I feature international properties?
Yes. Same tier pricing applies. International properties benefit from our discovery audience reaching unexpected geographies. We see consistent reach in London, Surrey, and other international markets.
Do I get analytics on my posts?
Yes, on request. We share post-level reach, views, saves, and shares after each post runs. Quarterly summaries are included at the Partner Agent tier.
Why pay BallerCribs when I can run my own Meta ads?
Three reasons: editorial voice (our brand register versus an ad readers scroll past), discovery audience (80% of our interactions are from non-followers, the audience ads have to pay to find), and cost-per-impression at scale (our distribution costs less per impression than targeted ad spend in luxury real estate categories).
What's the difference between Partner Program tiers and Custom Partnership?
Featured Agent and Partner Agent are productized subscriptions with fixed monthly deliverables. Custom Partnership is for agents and brokerages with scopes that don't fit a standard tier: single-property campaigns, brokerage-wide partnerships, custom production work. How do buyer referral fees work?
Standard real estate referral fees apply once our Texas real estate license is active. Typical fee is 25% of your closing commission, with higher rates negotiated for highly qualified leads. A highly qualified lead means: pre-qualified financing or proof of funds, specific property or narrow buying criteria, and an active timeline under 90 days. Partners who sign now are first in line for referrals as our market footprint expands.
