DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
BallerCribs, a brand of Casteel Group LLC (collectively, “BallerCribs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page describes how to submit a takedown notice, how content owners whose work was removed can file a counter-notice, and how we handle repeat infringers.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe material on BallerCribs infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, send a written notice to our designated agent (below). To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. Include enough information to let us locate the material — at minimum, the full URL on our site where the material appears.
- Information reasonably sufficient to let us contact the complaining party, including a mailing address, telephone number, and (if available) an email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Notices that omit any of the elements above may not be effective. Knowingly submitting a misrepresentation may make the submitter liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice procedure
If material you posted was removed or access disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. A valid counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which BallerCribs may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complaining party and, after the period set by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)(C), restore the material unless the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order against you.
Knowingly submitting a misrepresentation in a counter-notice may make the submitter liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Repeat-infringer policy
BallerCribs will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. We may also limit access to the site for any user who infringes any intellectual property rights, with or without notice.
Questions
