$12.5M for the Gull House, perched right above Woods Cove 🌊
Designed by Helena Arahuete of John Lautner Associates, the house stacks three levels above one of Laguna Beach's prettiest coves. Rosewood walls, koa accents, and travertine floors sit behind walls of glass aimed straight at the whitewater. The whole place was just renovated top to bottom, from a new roof and windows to a fully redone primary bath.
The ultimate flex? The primary suite gets its own balcony and an outdoor shower overlooking the cove, and the beach is just steps away.
