Hilltop Frisco Estate With an Indoor Basketball Court

A hilltop Frisco estate with its own indoor basketball court. 🏀

Set in the gated, guarded Hills of Kingswood, this 2016 build sits on an elevated lot with greenbelt views behind it. Floor-to-ceiling windows and white oak floors open onto a three-tier backyard: a 2-level infinity edge pool with a rock wall waterfall, a walk-through grotto and spa, then a turfed lawn and lush grass below. The chef's kitchen pairs a La Cornue range with quartzite counters, a prep kitchen and a coffee bar, and the formal dining room has a glass-front, humidity-controlled wine room.

The ultimate flex? A full indoor court with a scoreboard and its own wet bar, plus a separate gym, a downstairs media room, and a Casino Royale-inspired bar and game room whose retractable metal doors open to outdoor living with AC, a grill and a fireplace. Even the primary suite hides a projector TV.
