New Modern Home Above Sunset Plaza With a Floating Infinity Pool

$25M in the Hollywood Hills with a pool that hangs over the city 🌆

This newly completed home sits above Sunset Plaza, clad almost entirely in Italian Ceppo stone and framed in dark aluminum and glass. The view runs from downtown LA all the way to the Pacific, with Century City in the middle. Inside, an elevator connects three levels with 10-foot ceilings, a sculptural steel staircase rises under a skylight, the kitchen has a separate prep kitchen behind it, and the primary suite has a wing to itself.

The ultimate flex? A suspended infinity-edge pool that looks like it's floating over the city. Beside it, a travertine spa with a steam room, sauna and massage room sits next to a full gym and opens onto a jacuzzi and cold plunge.
