Le Solstice de Bali is a private beachfront estate on Bali's east coast, in the authentic Karangasem region on the edge of the seaside town of Candidasa. Five distinct structures — the Underground, the Rabbithole, the Treehouse, Eywa, and the Pond House — sit between jungle and ocean across the grounds, and the entire estate is reserved for a single group. It sleeps 16, with capacity for 21.

The architecture runs to exotic woods, natural stone, wall art, and handmade furniture, with eight ensuite bedrooms spread across the structures, each with air conditioning, a private terrace, and its own character. The showpiece is a 90 m² soundproofed basement beneath Villa Underground that converts at will into a cinema (4K projector, Apple TV, PlayStation 5), a concert hall or recording studio (DJ decks, piano, drums, guitars, microphones), or a private cocktail bar. Villa Rabbithole holds a speakeasy-style games room with billiards, pinball, and ping-pong; Villa Eywa opens onto an interior garden, a private pool, and a waterfall over a glass floor.

Outside, two main pools anchor the grounds — one featuring a five-meter diving board perched in a bamboo nest — surrounded by Balinese beds, sun loungers, and lush tropical gardens.
