Triton sits directly on Long Bay Beach in Providenciales — the calm, shallow east-coast stretch where the kiteboarders come and the trade winds do most of the work. The estate runs 10,000 sq ft across a single property with 8 king-size bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a layout that opens almost entirely onto the beach. Two private pools — one facing the Atlantic, one facing the garden for sunset — and a separate infinity-edge hot tub set on its own terrace overlooking the sand.

The grounds are built for groups that want to spread out. A tennis court, a basketball court, a bocce court, a private gym with treadmill, elliptical and weights, an outdoor home theater with projector screen, fire pit, and sunken seating, and a covered alfresco dining area for long lunches. Direct beach access from the property; kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear waiting at the door.

The villa is fully staffed and the package is unusually deep. A private chef prepares three meals a day (refundable food deposit applies). A butler, a concierge, and daily housekeeping handle the rest. Nightly security covers the property from 7pm to 7am in spring and summer. Two round-trip airport transfers are included. Welcome champagne and flowers on arrival; mini-fridges in every suite stocked with water and chocolate.

Long Bay Beach is roughly 15 minutes from Providenciales International Airport and the Grace Bay restaurant strip. Events are permitted on the property, up to 25 attendees.
