Villa Acanali sits on the southwest coast of Ibiza, inside the gated, secured Vista Alegre community, facing the Porroig peninsula and the island of Formentera across the water. The 500 m² (5,382 sq ft) villa is built over two levels, with open sea views from the pool, every bedroom, the living spaces, and the terraces. A pine forest backs the property, and a private gated driveway leads in.

The heart of the house is a double-height living room that opens completely through large glass sliding doors, fusing the interior with the sea-and-sky panorama beyond. There's a high-end designer kitchen with a wine cooler and ice maker, a separate utility kitchen, and an office with two workstations. All five bedroom suites are sea-facing and ensuite. The master runs over 60 m² with a walk-in wardrobe and a bath-and-shower bathroom; a VIP guest suite shares the upper level, and three more suites sit at pool and garden level.

Outside, a 15-by-8-meter pool anchors a vast terrace with a shaded dining area, lounging sofas, sun beds, and a covered chill-out lounge with U-shaped seating, all facing the sea. The first floor adds another 100 m² of terrace. The landscaped garden holds palms, olive trees, and natural grass, plus a dedicated kids' area with a trampoline, zip line, and tree house.
