Villa Matara — Beachfront Infinity Pool Villa on Tankah Beach, Tulum

Villa Matara sits directly on Tankah Beach, a few minutes north of Tulum, with the Caribbean lapping the front yard and the infinity pool spilling over toward the water. Five bedrooms, all king-configurable, sleeps ten. 492 m² across the main residence.

Four of the five bedrooms face the sea. Each has a private or ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and most have private balconies or terraces. The interior runs light and open: full kitchen, big living room with sofas, dining area looking out at the Caribbean. The outdoor space is the headline — wooden terrace, sun loungers, landscaped tropical gardens, an outdoor shower, and the beachfront infinity pool with a shallow area and a depth of 1.5 m.

The rental includes a chef six days a week (dinner only on arrival day, breakfast only on departure day), daily housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance, departure cleaning, and Wi-Fi. Massage, yoga, and villa pre-stocking are available on request.

Tankah itself is a quiet stretch of coast known for ecological protection, with a cenote nearby and a secluded beach. Tulum proper — the Mayan ruins, the cenotes, the restaurants — is a short drive away. Pets are not allowed. Events on-property require Villanovo approval.
