Villa Rafina sits in the Houlakia area on the northwest coast of Mykonos, an 8-bedroom estate of 510 m² (5,489 sq ft) set on a nearly 5,000 m² plot of Cycladic stonework. Every outdoor sitting and dining area looks out to the sea, with views across to the islands of Delos and Syros. Mykonos Town is about 7 minutes by car, and Agios Stefanos beach is roughly 5 minutes.

The villa spans three levels and sleeps 16 across eight ensuite bedrooms. The main floor holds a spacious living area with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, and a dining area for twelve, all with sea views, plus a master with Jacuzzi access. The lower level adds more ensuite bedrooms with direct pool access, a second full kitchen, an office, a fully equipped gym, and a massage and hammam room. There are two swimming pools: a sea-view infinity pool on the main terrace and a smaller children's pool below.

Outside, the terraces step down to the pools with sun decks, a Jacuzzi with a resting area, a shaded dining area for ten, and multiple sitting areas, all facing the water. There's an al fresco shower, a barbecue, a private helipad, and parking for more than four cars.
