Villa Rosalina sits on the shores of Lake Como in Lenno, a village on the lake's western shore — five floors and 1,000 m² (10,764 sq ft) of renovated estate set in 10,200 m² of landscaped gardens. The property was rebuilt in 2019 with the kind of details that matter when you're hosting 20 people: an elevator connecting all five floors, two dining rooms seating 16 combined, an alfresco pergola for breakfast, a heated indoor pool, a gym with a cloakroom, and a football field on the grounds that converts to a tennis court or volleyball court depending on what the group wants to do that afternoon.

Ten bedrooms across the upper floors, eight of them with king beds, one with twin beds, and the tenth a standalone pavilion at garden level — its own entrance, its own kitchenette, dedicated staff for housekeeping and room service, ideal for a couple of guests who want their own space inside the same property.
