Villa Xamena is a modern three-story house in Na Xamena, on the quiet northern coast of Ibiza near the Port of San Miguel. The setting is the draw: a secluded, preserved corner of the island with sweeping sea views and west-facing terraces built to follow the sun from morning to sunset. The 250 m² (2,691 sq ft) villa sleeps 8.

The main floor opens onto a large living room with a wooden dining table for eight and a modern open kitchen fully equipped down to the Nespresso machine. Four ensuite bedrooms with air conditioning spread across two levels, several with sea views and one with a private terrace; two additional connecting rooms on the lower floor add flexibility for larger groups. A separate utility room handles laundry.

Outside is where the villa lives. Two uncovered terraces frame magnificent sea views, with comfortable sofas and cushions set beside the pool looking out over the mountains and the water. A rounded overflow pool, roughly 10 by 10 meters, includes a shallow shelf for watching the sunset, and a spacious terrace holds a barbecue and a wooden table for ten. There's an outdoor shower for coming in off the beach.

San Miguel beach is about 10 minutes by car, with Cala Benirràs and Cala Xarraca around 15. The village of Santa Gertrudis is 20 minutes away and Ibiza Town about 30.
